On an iPod Classic you can store up to 40,000 songs... 40,000.00 songs x USD 2.00 = USD 80,000.00 = 2 pcs Cadillac STS = much money...
However I think that pop-culture has been the main stream of modern culture since Rock & Roll or so... The artists are brilliant and developing, their subjects are actual or eternal, and pop icons are lovable and unique personalities - so what they create is of eternal value... Hollywood movies are also precious the same way... That means you don't need to be afraid to waste money on garbage... (Of course, you can also store classical music on your iPod... And by shooting photos yourself, making home movies and editing them on your computer you can add your own creativity to eternity...)
If art is precious and valuable, even contemporary art then an iPod might be your own unique treasury or museum - one of the first major achievements of 21st Century...
