Ladies and Gentlemen,
Despite of the "21st Century Space Research Program" issued on March 16th 2011 that is basically based on the "Old Wolfinger-Boeing Tax" I would like to keep the "New Wolfinger-Boeing Tax" as well... Because of 2 reasons:
a) the "21st Century Space Research Program" must be so profitable for The Boeing Company, NASA and many other enterprises worldwide as well that you don't have to save money on space research but it makes sense to invest in it without end;
b) we don't want to put everybody in uniforms and to urge all the people to space research either by paying only the "Old Wolfinger-Boeing Tax" of course...
