Ladies and Gentlemen,
I don't think that democracy can ever be over: the grown-ups of a society have to rule over themselves - nobody else should...
I don't think either that political parties can be over: there are many different opinions at a given time and you need some order among them - majorities and minorities with many rights...
However it is possible that the defined time of legislation is over: you have to work on good programs for a longer while - but you don't have to suffer because of political deadlocks...
Long live the democracy!
