I think we can be grateful to the Lord Jesus Christ for the work-free Sunday in the end and to the Jews for work-free Saturdays... But then it was approx. so much about free-time... If you cannot work 5 days a week (disease, unbearable working conditions or unemployment because of the state of the economy) then you should be unsatisfied...
I have got a similar opinion on "noise polution..." Noise is a sign of human activity and presence (airports, railways or highways) - basically the buzz could be even pleasant and soothing... Maybe animals like human activity and presence, too...
