Compared to the mighty Airbus A380 the legendary Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental is a little bit invisible... This new quality of the 747 makes the airplane:
a) ideal for VIP customers who want to enjoy both luxury and privacy,
b) attractive for air travelers who want to enjoy both luxury and privacy,
c) the safest airplane of the world etc.
The already 2 final assembly facilities of The Boeing Company for the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental will work for capacity for decades... I would also like to add that my imaginary airlines want to keep their cutting-edge aircraft for approx. 30 years in the passenger service that means you won't find pre-owned Boeing 747-8 Intercontinentals on the market either...
