Carbon Fiber Plastic is a cool material for vehicle construction - still it has got its limits, e.g. the vehicles cannot be any large... However I think you could even build the majestic Jumbo Jet at a major part from carbon fiber plastic - once there are reinforcements in the fuselage in terms of the strong frames of the panoramic windows...
Being built of modern composite materials, the Boeing 747-8 Dreamliner could be a worthy successor of the legendary Boeing 747 airplanes... In the pictures below: plastic injection moulding and the Boeing 747-8 Dreamliner...
