It exists: The Insitute Of American Culture... It collects US-American fine art, music and movies from 1776 to the present and it spreads it all around the world besides exploring and teaching the languages within the USA...
Because the US-American culture includes eternal values that you should be aware of and that you should share with others... I think the Institute Of American Culture is not about the commonly heard "dumping of cheap pop-culture" but it is about distinction and diversity of the cultures of the world...
