Ladies and Gentlemen,
What kind of an effect has got a soup on you? A soup expands your belly (without containing serious quantities of energy) - that means you can eat more on the long run, on the other hand a streched belly means a slower metabolism and that means an immediate putting on weight... (The content of your belly becomes like the food of swines when you eat a soup - which fattens them quickly...)
Chocolate works approx. in the opposite way: chocolate contains much energy in a little volume... So chocolate doesn't expand your belly and doesn't increase your appetite on the long run... On the other hand a smaller belly means a faster metabolism (burning fat etc.) - so you use the energy within chocolate immediately without storing it...
Everything between a soup and chocolate must be healthy... It is very interesting but a nice apple tastes the same good as candy or ice cream... Maybe 3 more self-created rules and observations, respectively:
a) you should brush your teeth after eating chocolate - one of my best friends is already my dentist,
b) you shouldn't eat when "it is time to eat" but when you are hungry - so that your stomach remains as small as possible,
c) healthy people have got a "demand of movement" (just like children): they enjoy to do exercises, as long as you don't feel this "demand of movement" you must be too thick and should live on a diet...
Best wishes, Joseph de la Mikula and Team
