Of course, every Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental is delivered in the right position to the customers... The Jumbo Jet and other airplanes of Boeing are only in an upside-down position during a short phase of the production (so that the factory workers don't have to stand upside-down and can reach a better quality) - and the factories in Everett also have the tools to turn the airplanes in a... normal direction (landing gears down etc.)...
Sure is sure you can find on every Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental the well-known "this side up" label, too... Further symbols: "air mail/ par avion" and "recycling..."
