Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Earth crust consists from 75% to 95% of silicates (SiO4) and of similar molecules (SiO2)... Out of this most frequent substance of the Earth crust you can make earthenware pottery - in which there is darkness inside... We know that darkness attracts light...
You can also spoil the pottery and make glass bottles out of silicates... These glass bottles let light through - that means the quick light leaves them easily - that means they are totally dark inside actually...
We can see that the same substance (silicium) sometimes lets light through (EM-waves or electrons) and sometimes not: that is why it is called "semi-conducting" regarding electricity... Now how can you use semi-conducting silicium for the production of the propulsion of interstellar spacecraft?
I guess when you connect a dark (light) earthenware pot with a light (dark) glass bottle light is going to start moving from the pot into the bottle... However the beginning of a movement is called "acceleration" - that means the speed of light is not constant at all and it can be accelerated by state-of-the-art technology... Such accelerated light could be used for the propulsion of interstellar spacecraft...
