In some luxury cars there are so called "rear seat picnic tables..." Obviously you cannot use them while you are traveling in the car - you cannot put a glass on them, you cannot eat from them and you cannot write on them either... However when the cars is standing and you don't want to get out of it you can already use these tables - for holding a glass and food or for writing...
This is a very strict rule: you can picnic as long as the car is standing and during the journey you can enjoy the landscape or a conversation...
