Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental - Customer Options

Ladies and Gentlemen,

U.S. airlines (such as American Airlines or United Airlines) don't buy the new Jumbo Jet of Boeing? Just like PanAm in the past...

I guess they could have VAT returned...
