I always liked traveling in the evening and the night lights of cars... Does traveling in the evening make a sense, too?
At daytime you can experience a location:
a) a holiday resort,
b) tourist attractions or
c) just your city...
In the evening and in the night you can travel:
a) you will see only clever people on the roads,
b) you won't drive quite as fast - that is secure and environmentally friendly and
c) there must be lots of empty roads in the night - with the control of the police...
