Ladies and Gentlemen,
Not very long ago I published that a King has 2 major tasks in life:
a) defining his age and
b) living in luxury...
After some learning I can tell you what the above tasks mean seriously:
a) the duty of serving the citizens of your country
b) you don't have to wait for luxury desperately and immerse in self-pity but you should help the citizens of the sate, if luxury is still interesting to you then luxury means in this context that you shouldn't wear uniforms despite of the lots of work but you have to be yourself...
One more remark... If you have lots of readiness you don't have to look for a civil occupation immediately but you should wait until you get a new task as a King - which is already your profession...
