2) The first piece of real estate should be a rental property... Comfortable but affordable... This is historical tradition...

3) The second piece of real estate should be a perpetual property... Which is presented to the household by, let's say, the state...

a) The perpetual property should be approx. as big as the rental property... It should answer to the expectations from a luxury home: spacious, bright, modern, comfortable, secure, elegant, cozy etc. Furnished!

b) Construction of the perpetual property should be organised and financed by a Local Top Boy/Girl by the means for community development (max. EUR 10,000,000.00/person/year)...

c) Cleaning of the perpetual property should happen once or twice a year by the members of the household or by a cleaning company...

This is so true... However driving my cars myself would be too much hardship on my untrodden ways (source: my Psychologist)... And there is nothing female in me (source: Audience)... So I need to travel by driver's cars...

A King is there for the whole country... However the working class makes the biggest part of the society... It would be very-very silly to ignore them...
