Poor, Poor NASA

Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is not necessary that the next planets to our home planet Earth are suitable for landing... The atmosphere on Venus is unbearably hot and the atmosphere on Mars is flammable... To land on the planet next door is a light-headed decision to which you are compelled because everything else is too far...

So that human astronauts can land on suitable planets for landing you need much faster spacecraft than the current ones... In order to land on a friendly planet you have to develop way faster starships than the ones you try to perk up nowadays... If I were NASA I would not deal with anything else these days than the development of interstellar spacecraft propulsion...

Mars is not a suitable planet for landing it is only better than Venus... A Mars-landing is a catastrophic compromise in lack of interstellar spacecraft you always dreamed of...

Best wishes, Joseph de la Mikula and Team
