Life And Work In Space - Under Construction

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have written very recently about the beautiful launch of the first private space-vehicle-system (Falcon/Dragon) of the SpaceX company - today the Dragon cargo capsule has arrived back to the Pacific Ocean after a fully successful mission to ISS... A private space shuttle system (Dream Chaser vehicle on an Atlas V rocket) is also being developed by the Sierra Nevada company - my other favourite and it has gone through critical tests just today...

However stately run space (deep space!) exploration will be also conducted by the Space Launch System or SLS being developed mostly by The Boeing Company for NASA... The Space Launch System will have an impressive capability (70 to 130 metric tons into low Earth orbit) - obviously featuring state-of-the-art technologies and designed not at least for Moon and Mars missions...

I would like to share with you a newly discovered website on Deep Space Exploration: Beyondearth.com however the good old website of NASA also tries to keep you informed on the latest events of Space Flight: NASA Stay tuned because this seems to be the future of mankind...

Boeing 7XX Streamliner - Boeing Entirely Yours

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The winner of the competition between the Boeing 767-8 Intercity and New Concorde is the Boeing 7XX Streamliner...

What we can know about the new supersonic airliner:

a) you can expect 3 sizes with a short, a traditional and a longer fuselage,
b) the usage of advanced and composite materials,
c) environmentally friendly and quiet jet engines,
d) new technologies to reduce drag and the sonic boom...

The marketing strategy for the Boeing 7XX Streamliner is going to be completely new as well: The Boeing Company doesn't want to give its private or airline customers suggestions how they can use the new supersonic passenger jet - but it is up to the creativity of the customers within the scope of security prescriptions...

The Magic Of Rolls-Royce May 29th 2012

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We have already seen that a Rolls-Royce motor car is not only there for pleasure and representation but it can also create revenue and attract money - just like other major investments... How useful a Rolls-Royce in a household can be actually I would like to collect some ideas about it:

1) A Rolls-Royce costs as much as a luxurious house or apartment, only that it is meant for the streets and the wide public - what does it mean:

a) you are sensational,
b) you are protected,
c) you are influential and
d) you are sensitive...

2) A Rolls-Royce belongs to the most traditional cars of the world - what does it mean:

e) you respect the achievements of the past,
f) you are out to work for the future,
g) you have got traditional values and
h) you have your own traditions, too...

3) I think a Rolls-Royce is one of the most emotional and romantic cars as well - what does it mean:

i) you have got emotional stability in your life,
j) you have the spirit of an artist and you are creative,
k) you like socializing and
l) you have got elevated purposes...

Now a Rolls-Royce owner with so many qualities and such a beautiful coat-of-arms doesn't work for money any more but for the welfare of mankind...

Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental - And 21st Century

Ladies and Gentlemen,

In the price list of current Boeing airplanes there is already the price for the Boeing 787-9 as well... Gosh! Because I believe that the 787-9 will double the success of the Dreamliner Family...

With so many 787s sold Boeing reached a high capacity in the skies again - this time with more flexible airplanes and with increased environmental friendliness... Congratulations to the awards and to the headlines!

Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental - Cascade Of Fitness

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Very official Boeing news release (747 Fun Facts): "For a typical international flight, one 747 operator uses about 5.5 tons (5,000 kg) of food supplies and more than 50,000 in-flight service items."

This is not as funny... 5,000 kgs of food mean for 500 passengers (crew included) 10 kgs of food per passenger... Of course, you don't eat and drink 10 kgs of food during a flight of 10 to 15 hours... If you knew before your journey what you want to eat and to drink (here you can apply computer technology at the booking of a flight) you wouldn't need a menu and only 5 kgs of food would be plenty for one passenger...

The above measure could result in a weight reduction of 2,500 kgs of the airliner... I think 2,500 kgs can be translated into 25 average passengers with seats... The only question remaining is: where can you seat 25 more passengers?

The answer: you can seat the additional 25 passengers on another Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental... 20 "fit flights" (with reduced food on board) could allow 500 additional passengers - that is the full capacity of a new Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental... According to this calculation "fit flights" could result in major benefits for The Boeing Company, the operators of the Jumbo Jet and the passengers of the airlines...

Life On Earth

Ladies and Gentlemen,

What you don't have: the electric Rolls-Royce Phantom, Maybach, Duesenberg or Packard... Still there is life on Earth...

Because the serial production of the luxury electric vehicles with an extended range with Fisker has begun in 2012 - in all silence to me... Some data on the most famous Fisker Karma luxury limousine:

Range electric: 50 miles
Range extended: 300 miles
Range extension by the roof solar panels: 200 miles annually
Battery life-cycle: 10 years or 100,000 miles
Top speed: 125 mph
Acceleration: 6.3 seconds to 60 mph
Space: abundant

The Fisker Karma is a really luxurious and sportive limousine with a ridiculous fuel consumption (100 MPG are possible)... You can cruise in a city without emissions for a day but you can also travel far away using the range extender... And the Fisker Karma is solid reality, beautiful and seemingly durable, too...

Critics: it must mean much stress to live in the USA with so many changes...
