Ladies and Gentlemen,
The history of Hungary made me think of punishments... You have to punish sinners because you want to integrate them into normal society again... Of course, you have to punish war-criminals, too... But you must not punish anybody so hard that the sinner becomes crippled for a life-time... With the punishment you don't want to kill but you want to renew the life of the sinner... Behind the punishment the sinner has to feel the faithful nature of the judge and his or her good intentions...
By less severe punishments you had more space in prisons, too...
