When it turned out that the Earth has practically endless quantities of energy at its disposal (not in terms of nuclear energy but renewables) then I also decided to launch my own airlines - with focus on the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental and its qualities... My airlines placed an order for 2,000 Boeing airplanes each (there are 5 such airlines) with a percentage of 30-40% of the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental...

Thank you very much to The Boeing Company and to my colleagues in Versailles, KY... These global airlines are meant to be a part of the future...

Boeing 787 Dreamliner - In The Stratosphere

Ladies and Gentlemen,

You cannot really imagine how important the Auxiliary Power Unit of an airliner is... It provides with energy:

a) for the anti-ice systems (crucial at outside temperatures of about -30 degrees Celsius at cruising altitudes),

b) for the cabin-pressurising and climate-control systems,

c) for the electric control systems,

d) for the hydraulic control systems,

e) for the fresh water and sewage systems,

f) for the onboard galleys, lighting and entertainment systems etc.

Nowadays you have only one big Auxiliary Power Unit at the very end of an airplane - the backup system fails already at the first look, compared to the importance of the implementation... Inspired by a recent concept car of Jaguar the Auxiliary Power Unit could consist out of 2 smaller units in the future... This solution would mean a better efficiency, a better flexibility and a better reliability, as well...

If the 2 Auxiliary Power Units of the future are started by batteries, both of them should have a battery on their own... If any of the batteries breaks down (might happen) then it can be shut down while the other battery can support at least one of the Auxiliary Power Units...

Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental - Striving For Perfection

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We dealt already with the flight of airplanes and with the taxiing, too... The rolling on the runway and the acceleration, respectively are a new subject...

Of course, an airplane that weighs up to hundreds of tons and speeds at 200 km/h on the asphalt is shaking... This shaking is not only frightening and uncomfortable but it maybe shortens the life expectations of the machine, too... If large, commercial airplanes had an air suspension they would roll much smoother both during take-off and landing...

Boeing 777 Next Generation - The World's Smallest Airplane

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Airbus A350 XWB is going to be a good airplane - the Boeing 777 Next Generation is going to be better... More passengers, less fuel consumption and less costs...

There is the trick in maintaining 2 full decks into the fuselage of the Boeing 777... This works if you cancel the cargo room below (there is only a space for the landing gears and some technology) and if you cancel the crown space above (there is only space for some technology here, too)...

Within the 2 full decks you have lots of stowage room for hand luggage and even suitcases... The windows on the upper deck are situated a little higher than before and on the Earth deck (the name comes from the view on the landscape) there are windows, too - except for the area of the wings...

This concept of a Next Generation 777 is very similar to the Ecoliner Concept of Boeing... However the fuselage can be thinner, the whole airplane can be lighter and the engines can keep their size, too...

Luxury vehicles are so very fashion... The new Rolls-Royce Wraith fascinates the enthusiasts of traditional car design, the new Maserati Quatroporte has been introduced to the fans of Italian noble cars recently, the new Mercedes S-class will be released in autumn 2013 - and already an Audi R8 is a really cool sports car...

My secret favourites are the "ad-hoc luxury cars..." You take a spacious SUV and equip it with leather armchairs, a huge cool box and all kinds of electronics... As the pictures suggest you can enjoy concerts of classical music on the state-of-the-art flat-screen... (Lexani Executive Vehicles) Oh, yes: an armouring is available, too...

The question is how can these rolling marvels be acquired? Definitely you have to pay for them but I could not find any information about the prices...

Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental - The 747 Family

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Boeing Company cannot emphasise enough that the Boeing 747 represents a size on its own among the very large airplanes... A 747 is not too big - that means it can be flown on less frequented routes as well, contributing to the development of a little hidden regions, too... A 747 is not too small either - that means additional comfort, capacity and revenue compared to twin-jets...

Now if The Boeing Company have got the unique Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental in their program, the model-range of the airliner could be extended by its unique predecessor, the Boeing 747-400ER, as well... The Boeing 747-400 doesn't have the modern engines and wings and the size of the new Jumbo Jet... However it was the most successful variant of the 747 and it doesn't make a sense to end a success story so prompt...

Two actual variants of the Boeing 747 had the following advantages:

a) the Boeing 747 was represented in its unique market segment twice as strong,

b) both variants of the 747 could have different images: the Intercontinental Cruiser and the Ecoliner for shorter and frequented routes (safety),

c) the production lines of Boeing could work to capacity,

d) I think that a variety of airplanes is much more attractive to customers who can express their image better that way, who can offer a better service to their passengers and who can deploy the best airplane of the world in many different contexts,

e) of course, the interior of the Boeing 747-400 should be perked up by Dreamliner-inspired elements, but the Jumbo Jet could still remain the most affordable very large airplane on the market,

f) Airbus can produce the Airbus A340 with 4 engines at request on the production line of the Airbus A330 - this flexibility should also function with the Boeing 747...

Oh, yes: why doesn't the Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental sell so good? Perhaps because the big international airports are already too crowded... Airlines bought many Airbus A380s for their most frequented routes that means that the departure and destination airports are already very cluttered by the largest airplane of the world... I guess there was the need for the Boeing 747, too however these machines couldn't move at airports any more... So the solution must be building new international airports in developing regions of the world...

1) What other consequences will the "fiscal cliff" have?

3) What kind of a battery was there on Titanic?

4) Does a time-capsule on items of long-term use make a sense?

a) a holiday resort,

c) just your city...

In the evening and in the night you can travel:

a) you will see only clever people on the roads,
b) you won't drive quite as fast - that is secure and environmentally friendly and
c) there must be lots of empty roads in the night - with the control of the police...
